Wake up Xanga! *claps hands twice quickly* Wake up! Hehe.

I didn't realize I hadn't updated since my birthday. That's too long to deprive you of cute Halloween pictures of my dogs. *winkys*

In other news, I'm still working TONS and ok, just way too much. But, I will not complain. I will not. I will not. Oh and the best news of the week for me is.... Tomorrow night is the Celtics season opener! Yay! They will be rolling out championship banner #17 and giving the guys their championship rings. Color me stoked. (Hmmm, "color me stoked" is that an 80's term?)

Ok, here's the cuteness. Brace yourselves.

(Oh and if you've already seen this on Facebook you can disregard. Or enjoy them again.)

  •  I'm officially OLD today. Meh heh heh.

On the upside, I went into work today and they decorated my cube with Celtics pics. These don't really do it justice because it was really elaborate, but a girl took some pics with her iPhone...

The over-the-top wink on Ray Allen in this one cracks me up!

In this one, I love that James Posey is delivering a basketball to all the websites I work on. Niiiiice!

Sadly, Posey signed a contract with the Hornets today, so he's gone next season. Sigh. Sad. Oh and Marcus Camby was traded to the Clippers. I realize most of you won't know or care about this news, but I am compelled to share it anyway. At least I know that Helena knows who Camby is since he played for her Nuggets for a long time.

While I'm here, I have some new pictures of Puggy. I bought him a new tee shirt so he could put on a fashion show like Tula. It was a little too small for him, but he's a good sport. It says, "Dog Park Security" on it (or something like that.)

  • pondering my navel

Gah, I'm so tired. My job has been completely wiping me out. With my last job, I basically did about an hour of real work a day (or being honest, I'd have to say that sometimes it was more like 10 minutes) and the rest of the time I could surf around, update my blog, post stuff to my personal websites, etc... Well my friends, the good times are over. I am now being paid less to work 3 times as hard. Doesn't seem fair somehow.  On the other hand, I'm happy to be employed and I still make a decent living... and having tons of work to do makes the days go by faster. So there you go, glass half full again.

I'm constanly bitching about work in my head though. Like practically every second. Which makes me think that maybe I want to do something else with my life that's more meaningful. Like replace the Celtics mascot. That irish shamrock dude. lol. On the 16th, I turn the big 4-0. I don't even care really. You mourn about getting old when you're in your twenties and then spend your thirties accepting the fact that it's going to happen whether you like it or not. I expect by the time you hit your fourties, you don't give a rat's ass anymore. Or maybe that's just my own personal philosophy.  I want to move to Boston. A suburb nearby at least. I want to spend my remaining years on earth with Celtics seasons tickets...

  • Can you handle more cuteness?

You can? Good, because I've got a lot of cuteness to share!

First of all, Puggy is a saint. Tula gets soooo much attention with her little outfits and he's a really good sport about it, so yay Puggy...

Here is outfit #1 - Its a green and white striped t-shirt dress from Tula's favorite boutique Le Target. They sell it in pink - Tula's preferred color - but unfortunately they were out of her size. However, Tula is a big Boston Celtics fan and their colors are green & white so it totally worked out.

She may appear to be more interested in the rawhide stick she's chewing, but believe me, she's rocking the outfit. It has ruffles around the straps and cute glass buttons. She's such a fashionista...

This tank dress with multi-colored hearts on it is beyond precious!

In this first picture, she's like, "Hey, I look gooood. Drink in my beauty baby!"

In this picture, she's like, "Yep, go ahead... Get a little closer. I just get better looking."

    100_0699

In this picture, she's like, "Blah. Modeling is such a grind. I don't even get out of bed for less than 7 rawhides a day."

More adorableness... Warning, so cute it might make you vomit! http://www.flickr.com/photos/26041353@N02/sets/72157604745261378/

  • i'm just a blogging machine now apparently

Those stupid Lakers, why don't they just give up?

I watched Superbad and enjoyed it. I was going to watch Juno tonight but ended up watching reruns of Search for the next Elle Woods (hello, that's Jess... duh! *wink*) and Real World Hollywood instead. Why oh why do I watch reality television? Because I'm an idiot? Oh yeah, that's right. (a cookie to anyone that gets that reference)

This weekend I think my mom and I are going to go see Sex and the City on the big screen. Has anyone seen it yet? A couple of girls I work with went on opening weekend and just raved and raved about it. I haven't been to a theater in eons. I just buy everything when it comes out on DVD. Should be fun though... possibly awkward to see with my mom though, if its like the tv show and they show Kim Cattral riding a twenty year old construction worker like a pony -- totally nude... Haha!

I was listening to ESPN driving home from work and the Sports Nation dudes interviewed Jimmie Johnson. Schwing! I love LOVE love him. Otherwise though, Nascar has almost completely fallen off my radar. I blame this crappy Comcast cable package I have to live with here at my mom's condo. I haven't seen SPEED channel in over a year and a half. Kind of cramps my style.

    Ciao for now!
